The Rush City "TIGERS" Independent School District #139 provides educational opportunities for children
from birth to the 12th grade.
The Family Center - Offers Preschool, programming, and resources for district families
to get children off to a good start before entering Kindergarten. Head Start and WIC are also part of the Family Center.

C.E. Jacobson Elementary - The new facilities and exceptional staff
offer students educational opportunities in an environment that promotes academic exvellence and encourages personal growth
and development. Jacobson Elementary currently instructs approximately 475 students in grades
K - 6
Rush City High School - RCHS was built in 1993 and houses
students in grades 7 - 12. RCHS has a graduation rate of nearly 100 percent, with more than three-fourths of graduation
seniors going on to further education and training through colleges, universities, technical schools and the military.
Community Education - The Community Education program offers
courses for young and old alike. Check the school website for course offerings and events.
Aquatic Center - The Rush City Aquatic Center is located
in the downtown area with a 165-foot slide, lap pool, diving pool, zero entry play area and a 26-foot drop slide. Swimming
lessons are also available.
